Ann-Monique Stellinga

Ann-Monique F. Stellinga RBSA

Quarry Cottages 1

Ann-Monique’s work is varied in both subject matter and range of materials and techniques she likes to use. It can best be described as contemporary mixed media painting using predominantly acrylic, acrylic inks, and pastel. Collage and texture feature in some of her paintings. Recently she has been heavily involved in experimenting  with recycled and found materials from beachcombing. Some of these works  have an almost 3D quality.

Many of her paintings have featured the landscape of North Wales, but she also enjoys cityscapes, portrait and figure work. She also has an abiding interest in textile work, and in recent years printing, especially collagraphs.
