In 1994, a year after Patrick took early retirement from the Birmingham City Architect’s Department, he held a very successful ‘one man show’ at the Helios Gallery in Moseley.

With encouragement from Waveney Fredrick RBSA, he developed his pastel and mixed-media landscapes.

He regularly exhibits his work in the RBSA Gallery and the Midland Pastel Society.
