Nadia Kisseleva

Nadia’s professional training began at fourteen at Ryazan College of Art and later at the Academy of Arts, Leningrad, Russia.  In 2006 she received a degree in painting from Wimbledon College of Art. Nadia believes that regular travelling and exhibiting helps to sustain development of work and offers a fresh look at things that may be accepted as evident.

Nadia’s work has acquired a distinctive form – that of project-based ‘conceptual painting’, which offers a particularized approach towards every individual project whilst helping to achieve its most expressive and complete form.. Nadia comments: ‘Conceptual Painting’ approach gives me freedom to move from one type of work to another without being worried about continuity of the style or disruption of personal touch.’ Painting, of course, remains an important part of these projects.

Her work has been exhibited in the United Kingdom and internationally and can be found in number of private collections.
